Power steering Pump
I don't know how much different my V-belt system is than your serpentine, but it was a royal pain in the *** to get it off. Im stripping my 305 to pull it and I had to take apart the entire steering pump bracket as well as most of the AC bracket. I guess it would be your alternator bracket that has to come apart. Just make sure you take some polaroids or you'll never remember how it all goes back together.

i removed mine with a special tool that is required. i rented it from auto zone. what ever you do dont hammer on it. you will destroy the shaft. you may not have take off the entire bracket. i had mine out for a motor swap and put in a new pump as cheap insurance.
