I am installing a brand new 350 tpi motor in my 91z28. the car will have 2 random tech cats, the AIR injection has been removed and so has the air pump. do i need my EGR valve and what else can i toss in the garbage that i dont need. i should pass emissions with 2 new cats and a new motor.

Although air pump removal will not set a code the egr will if removed.

the egr is required to pass emissions, even though you're exhaust will stay clean with the 2 cats.
