engine ?

What is the difference between a 355 and a 383? I know the 383 a 350 stroked .030 and puts out torque likes theys know tomorrow if set up right but thats about it.

A 355 is a 350 bored .030 over. Add a 3.75" stroke crank from a 400 and you get a 383.

The stroke on a stock 350 is 3.48", the bore is 4".

The stroke on a 383 is 3.75". the bore is 4.03"
