torque spec for screw in rocker studs
i'm building a 357 with dart II heads, i'm getting ready to install the new 7/16 screw in rocker studs. i've searched for this and found multiple different answers, what i need to know is the torque, in my search i've found suggestions from 10 - 65 ft. lbs. i need a more specific spec. also, what about thread sealer/locker? i've found some that suggest loctite, and some that suggest thread sealer, which should i use?

They should be around 50-55 ft-lbs.
Or, if you don't believe me, you could check with World.

Use thread sealer, especially on the intake; they go right into the intake ports, and if the threads aren't selaed, they'l suck oil right straight into the port, like bad valve guide seals except worse.
