HELP! Removed smog pump now A/C is screwed!

I removed my smog pump and re-routed the belt using the new belt size on the tech article. Now my air conditioner makes a sound like it is going to blow up when I turn it on. What the hell? I looked under the hood and noticed my tensioner moves back and forth a little when the engine is revved up or the air is flipped on. Could this be it? Please help, it is very hot here.

My tensioner does the same thing. What kind of noise? I removed my smog crap and not getting any noises here. Maybe your belt is too tight? I just went to autozone and bought the belt 2 sizes smaller than the stock one.
