harmonic balancer

Is there any difference between the 350 and the 305 balancer? How about the difference between a 1 piece rear main 350 and a 2 piece rear main 305?

Some 350s have the same balancer as some 305s. Some are different.

Either will work on either motor.

Bigger is better, in general. Just ask your significant other.... if you're not like me, and won't get easily emabarrassed.

You need to get one that works with YOUR PARTICULAR timing mark, if you want that to be accurate; there are at least 3 different stock timing mark locations that I know of on various SBCs, and there might be more.

1-pc vs 2-pc makes no difference.
