i have an 86 z28 with TPI
i am converting over to the small cap distributor
i have this distributor

the 6a box and a blaster 3 coil pack

so i had to convert my wiring harness inorder to install the msd system

but i am not sure that i have it hooked up right. like the wires that come from the msd box to the distributor

normally that wire would go from the distributor to the coil pack then back into the wiring harness but im not useing that kinda of coil im using a blaster 3. so i need to know how i need to hook these wires up. right now i have the purple and green wire comming from the box spliced into the connector, then pluged right into the distributor, but i am not sure if that is correct.

i hope someone can understand what i am trying to say so i can get some help
