cam trust plate torque #'s

What should these be torqued to? Locktight or no?

Transmission: 700r4, 2200-2400 stall, vette servo
Axle/Gears: stock pegleg 2.73 drum (temp)
Mine was ez$$ to get off so I just tightened it back up by hand with a torx driver. Both times, actually. It probably won't rattle off... but hmm if it did that'd suck. bad. Might as well locktite it.
