I have a fresh built 383 with afr i95 heads comp 248 in 254 exh with 1.6in .600lift , and 1.5 exh .580lift @ .50 hyd roller slp runners accell base 52 mm throttle body and30lbs svo inj. Pistns are srp forged and ccmpression 10:1
I also have a ed wright custom burned prom. Timing is set at 8 degrees intial andfuelpressure is @ 50 lbs with the vacuum connected ! I have not sensed any vacuum leaks and engine idles very well w/ no surging or variance any help guys?

I agree you are probably too rich. If you have an AFPR, you might want to try lowering the fuel pressure. But I think that those 30 lb injectors are too much for your set-up. You might want to try 24 lb.

I'd go along with the above, too much fuel, did Fast Chip know the injector size? ALso that they're SVO's?
I'd start by lowering the FP to 45 or so, and try advancing the base timing a bit too. That cam could probably take more initial timing.

One more thing, set your FP with the vacuum disconnected from the AFPR to simulate WOT pressure. Could be that 50PSI is what you need, but set it with the vacuum line disconnected (and plugged).
