Well i had this posted in the cooling forum, and it got all of.....4 hits after 2 days. After i get my car's temp up, there's suddenly a knocking sound coming directly from the water pump. Just wondering if the water pump's bad or if something somehow got in there.

 

oh man pull it off now, the bearing are totally shot, that sound is the whole shaft knocking around inside the housing.

i know this because it happend to my camaro not too long ago, new pump will fix it
