Will these valve springs work?
I found these valve springs on ebay, will they work? They will be going on a 416 head with a cam with lift 445/465.

Note the p/n starts with "RV". That should tell you something.
You should go for something better.

They are stock replacement springs.
You're using an aftermarket cam. No stock springs are adequate for any aftermarket cam.
They are only "good to .550" lift" if set up .050" taller than stcok, and 30 lbs lighter on the seat (valve float will occur that much easier). They coil bind at .550" lift when installed correctly. That means their true "max lift" is about .490" when installed correctly... basically about the same as any other 1.25" spring.
I would recommend gettting some real valve springs instead of stock ones. That's not the place to try to shave a couple of pennies; which is about all you're going to shave. Not worth it.
