I'm not sure what you have or have not tried yet, but the O2 sensor may come loose easier if the exhaust pipe is still warm after a short drive. Similar to loosening a rusted nut by heating it up with a propane torch.
Have you tried all the tricks?
Keeping the engine warm, penetrating oil, cheater bar... etc. If so, try them in excess! Car at 240*, a healthy dose of penetrating oil every day for a week at least, a 7-foot cheater bar... heh
At first I was using a small 8" ratchet to try to get mine out, which.. didn't work. heh. So then I invested in a 3' breaker bar and it came out without TOO much difficulty. I'd buy some mechanics gloves, or something, because the probability of stricking your knuckles on some engine part when your tool slips is pretty high.

Well how bad will my car run until I get the new one in? My current one is BAD i know for a fact (oh plus i broke it today so yeah its bad :P ). It should be fine at startup, then start to sag really bad later on right? Because thats what my car does anyway :P
Well I spent about 2 hours with it and couldnt do it so i decided to clean my interior instead. Not even half done- im scrubbing the floors

Jack, Jack, Jack, you must have patience my son. Spray some penetrating oil on it, start the car and run it for five minutes. Turn car off. Get under the car and put a combination wrench on O2 sensor and pull, swear as much as you want when it comes loose and you hit your arm on a sharp piece of metal.
I feel for ya Jack , After I got my new motor and the shop changed my oil for free the first time , the second time I changed my oil , well they put the filter on way to tight ,I called two friends to help me get it off , you'll find when you have you o2 sensor off you prabably will have invented some new curse words like we did
..But then you will feel so good that YOU got it off

Hmmm I had this problem, after a night of trying like hell to get it out I went somewhere and had them put it in. You're lucky if you can get someone to take it out for $30. If you've been trying for a long time and have tried all the tricks just have someone do it for you. Your time is more valuable.
