Windshield wiper nozzles are broken
I failed inspection because the fluid doesn't shoot onto the windshield. I poked around and it sounds like a bad motor, makes a whirring sound and sort of dies out. Any pictures of the part that should be replaced? Its an 86 TA and I tried getting something from my 89 parts car but the connectors are different. Any tips for me so I can get a sticker?

If your car has the original pump that pulses and pretends to squirt the fluid up onto the WS from the cowl under the hood, it's a POS. The plastic it's made out of dissolves in washer fluid.
Get yourself a set of wiper blades off of a later car that has the nozzles built into the wiper arm, and buy a $10 universal replacement pump, and wire it to the washer switch. Works great.
