Oil used?

I have a rebuilt L69 engine in excellent condition and use Moble 1 Tri-synthetic 5W30 .. Now, this stuff is pretty darn expensive .. How important is it to use the best when it comes to motor oil? Is it worth the price??

And what does everyone else here use??

Mobil 1 5W-30, except for summer with Mobil 1 15W-50. Easy to find, and I could go on and on about its various properties that make it superior to most other oils. Just extend your drain intervals to four months if three is too expensive.
