All big CI SBC guys inside
I see a couple of people on here have been talking about their big cubic inch small blocks they have, like 434s and whatnot. What kind of block are you guys using for these buildups? Im assuming it has to be like a dart or world products casting unless you guys know some way to take a factory block out to an insane bore. So what are you guy packing under the hood?

Like I posted in repsonse to the other instance today of the same question, the biggest one I've dealt with personally is a 434.
It was a stock 400 block (509 casting IIRC), 4" stroke crank (Eagle in that case), Eagle H-beam 6" rods, .030" overbore. Used a custom cam, basically it was just a XR282HR on a small base circle.
