Car: 1990 Trans Am GTA
Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: 5-Speed
Car showing 3 different codes

As stated above my GTA is pulling three different codes. 42,43, and 46 What should i do to begin with to try and fix these problems.

You might want to start by verifying the connection for EST bypass, check the knock sensor and its connection, and clean your ignition key/lock cylinder contacts.

Sure to check the above, then disconnect the battery for a minute and try again. Might try unplugging the four wire connector on the back on the distributor and reconnecting to clean terminals. Some more info:
