wondering about an oil leak

as the topic states, my car has a leak coming from the oil filter adapter. i dont know if its the gasket seal or if its the adapter. another bad problem, they discontinued the adapter in '04. i was also wondering if theres a place we can get that piece. thanx in advance.

make sure that you didnt double gasket the oil filter first before you try to replace that part.

Check for loose bolts at the adapter, and for double gaskets or a fubar'd gasket on the filter.

If it turns out that your adapter is messed up, shoot me a PM or email. I have one on my engine I'll be pulling in a couple days I could sell for cheap.
