Power Bulge Hood

Hello,

I am restoring a 89 formula 305 tbi, I just picked up the hardware to make use of hood induction from a 82 TA. Does anybody have an idea of how to make the soleniod(sp) work for opening and closing the hood induction, thanks.

it's done with a vacuum switch, when 0 vacuum is reached it grounds the solenoid. I have one of these vacuum switches if you need one.
