Fuel pressure gauge hose

I just got a FPR from Ebay. It didn't come with the necessary fittings. Where can i get the hose for this? I need it to connect to the schrouder (sp?) valve and have about 18" of hose so i can mount it to see through the cowl hood.

I think Autometer sells something like that; I don't think they include fuel hose with their pressure gauges. But, I think you remove your scraeder valve's core, which changes the valve into a permanently-open port on the fuel rail, which your gauge lives off of.

The fitting on the schrader valve is 1/4 flare. Before you hook up to it you need to remove the core from the valve, easy to do w/ a decoring tool. Then you simply adapt the other end of your hose to yoru guage which probably has 1/8 NPT. You can get an adapter to go from 1/8 NPT to 1/4 flare at any hardware store. You'll just need to score the braided hose and the 1/4" fittings for each end from summit/etc.

What Ed said. However, NOS make a 1/8" to #4 hose in different lengths (pre-made) that worked out to be cheaper for me than buying the #4 hose and all the fittings.
