ENGINE IN LIMP HOME MODE WITH CODES 23 & 33 HELP!!!!

ENGINE IN LIMP HOME MODE WITH CODES 23 & 33 HELP!!!!
FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS, I'VE DEALT WITH WHAT I THOUGHT WAS AN EGR VALVE PROBLEM. THE CAR WOULD OVERHEAT IN THE SUMMER AND CONSTANTLY SET A CODE 32 ON THE WAY HOME FROM WORK EVERYDAY ANYTIME THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE WAS 80+ DEGREES. I FINALLY BROKE DOWN AND BOUGHT ONE. IT DIDN'T FIX THE CAR. NOW THE PROBLEM IS WORSE. THE MOTOR IDLES TO SLOW AND SOMETIMES DOESN'T EVEN WANT TO IDLE ON IT'S OWN. WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD, THE MOTOR SURGES OR PULSES AND THE TACH GOES UP AND DOWN WITH IT. THERE IS AN ORDOR THAT COMES OUT THE TAILPIPE THAT DOES NOT SMELL NORMAL, IT SMELLS LIKE SOME KIND OF HARSH CHEMICAL. NOT LIKE THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT MY FUEL PRESSURE IS VERY LOW, 27# TO BE EXACT AT IDLE. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS RELATED OR NOT. BY THE WAY IT'S AN '87 IROC WITH THE 350 TPI ENGINE.

SOMETHING ELSE THAT I FORGOT TO ADD, WHEN I PINNED THE COMPUTER, THERE WAS A TICKING NOISE COMING FROM THE IAC. I KNOW THE PLUG TO THE IAC IS CRACKED. THE CAR HAS OVER 200,000 MILES ON IT. IT ALSO SEEMS TO PULL THIS CRAP WHEN IT'S DAMP OUTSIDE OR HAS RAINED REALLY HARD. IT WOULD EVENTUALLY STRAIGHTEN ITSELF OUT AND I COULD DRIVE IT, BUT NOW, I CAN'T EVEN DRIVE IT ANYMORE, IT WON'T IDLE ON IT'S OWN, FOR LONG ANYWAY. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

IT TURNS OUT THAT THE IACV WAS BAD, BUT I ALSO HAVE A VACUUM LINE DISCONNECTED UNDER THE PLENEUM THAT I JUST FOUND.
