Does anybody have the article on Silver Streak, I think it was in Hot Rod but I'm not sure. If someone has it could you scan it and send it to me. I am interested in the motor build up portion. Has anyone stroke a 305, or know of quality parts for a build up (crank,pistons,heads) or even other web sites? As for the sales pitch of buying a 350 block and using the 305 as a planter don't bother.

 

yeah man same here im sick of the 350 this 355 that, 383 here.........i posted about a 335 stroker in the TBI and got flamed for not wanting a 350...go figure im not sure where to get parts where i could bullet proof teh bottom end....good luck

335 stroker kit is sold by powerhouse for 499 plus a 199 blance option (aa good idea) and i like the idea of a 335 be different. but dont tbi cuz it doesnt make enough power. tpi is the way to go, makes monster torque for a small cube engine, even a stroked one.
