Need an education on AC Delco spark plug labels..

What does it all mean? I understand heat ranges, and the meaning of R42-R46.

What I don't understand is all the letter suffixes. IE. R45TS (which I've been using), R45SX, R45ABC, R45SZ, etc. What do they all mean, and which ones do I have the option of using?

Oh yeah..Also, is there a site that lists all the interchange info between brands? So I can figure out which plugs from brands other than Delco I might use?

Here goes:

R45TS

R = Resistor

4 = Thread Size (14mm)

5 = Heat Range (0-9)

C = Copper Core
E = Special Design Electrode, Extended Tip
L = Long Reach
M = Special Design Electrode
S = Extended Tip
T = Tapered Seat Shell Design
X = Wide Gap
Z = Special Gap
6 = 0.060" gap
8 = 0.080" gap

Don't know about interchangeability, but that's about everything about Delco plugs. Hope this helps.
