what do you guys think of the eagle forged 4340 cranks and h-beam rods i am going to be building a small block 355 all forged. victor jr intake bodix track 1's 850hp carb not sure on pistons yet but what do you guys think of the eagle products.
i am hopeing to make around 500hp. the reason all forged is beacuse i might run a little nitrous later. i want to be able to run low 11's high 10's

Bit expensive for my taste. How big of a N2O shot do you think you will hit it with?

Can do that NA if you want to go into a big block. Sounds like you have money to burn. Go for something that is expensive but will last. Don't need no blower.

acually i dont have money to burn its going to take a while to build but thats ok if i do get my goal of 500hp i might add a 100-150 shot i already have my plans on a small block so no big block mabey i a couple years but i have been researching
for a little over a year now on what i am going to do just have to start somewhere.

You can get that out of a small block but it would be a race engine and have to be torn down and rebuilt all the time. I don't think you want that right?

You either have to shift your plans or be able to fork out mucho cash. Your choice.

Well if 11's is your goal and don't want the power all the time then go with a forged internal N2O engine. Build it so you can hit it with a 300 shot but don't go no higher than a 250 shot. Thats safe. Don't go no higher or it isn't safe no more.

One bud to another.
