I am shooting oil out of the dipstick hole, what should I do?
I silicone it a little, where it goes into the block, but at about 3rd gear, at 4 grand it finally spits onto the header, and makes my car look like it blew up, cause it smokes so bad
What should I do, Im gonna stick a new one in there tomorrow?

You probably don't want to hear this.... but if oil is being shot up out of there, you have much bigger problems than just looks. You have ALOT of combustion blowby getting into your crankcase. You probably have a piston (maybe more than one) with the spark plug side melted off.
Run a compression test, or preferably a leakdown test. That will at least tell you which cylinder(s) are the culprit.
If you get the tube to seal where it goes into the block, it'll just blow out of somewhere else.

...A little whiff of the blue bottle goes a long way toward melted piston tops...

I blew my dipstick right out. Of course there was a hole in the top of the piston the size of a valve stem when it happened
Oil out the dipstick means too much crankcase pressure. Do a compression test. Also check the PCV valve.
The tube should also be a very tight fit. You shouldn't be able to just pull it out of the block. Try a new dipstick tube.
