No Start in 88 5-speed formula

Okay, I have done all the troubleshooting, and I am pulling my damn hair out. The car gets no juice what so ever, and this is with a booster pack/charger hooked directly to the postive lead off the battery, and the grond to the block, and the car still gets no juice. It just did this out of the blue and now I can't get my window up. Oh yeah, it's raining at biblical proportions out here. The fusible links look good, and the wires are not loose. Any ideas out there in F-Body land? thanks in advance for the help.

on the fuseable links you need to chedk them witha tester. I one that looked good before, but tested bad--and it was the issue

When I got home last night I decided to hook my battery back up to see if there was a change. Now the car gets power, but when I go to start it, the starter solenoid clicks twice, the car goes dead. When I back the key off, the power comes back on. Now could that be the ignition switch?

Thanks

Did you recheck the links down buy the starter? I would double check them before I go into the steering collum.
