What's the proper procedure to setting the rocker arms?

To adjust the rockers you tighten the nut on the rocker till there is no more endplay on the pushrod, and then you give it another 3/4 turn. and you do it in this order.

You set the motor to top dead center. ( Firing on number one )

You then can adjust the 1,2,5, and 7 intake valve rockers, and then you can adjust the number 1,3,4 and 8 exhaust rockers.

You then spin the motor 360 degrees so it is firing on number 6

you then can adjust 3,4,6 and 8 on the intake side and
number 2,5,6 and 7 on the exhaust side.
