Ok I'm not sure if this is posted in the correct spot. I need springs which have a minimum of .525" lift for a LT4 hot cam I am installing, and I found springs on ebay.

The springs are listed as 'new take off' from a Fast Burn 385 engine and the guy says max lift is .525" How can I verify this before bidding on the auction?

Also because I require springs because the cam has a max lift of .525", can I get away with springs that have that as a max or should I get springs that can handle .550 or something.
