reassembling heads-lube question

I'm reassembling my cylander heads with the original parts. In my haynes book it says to lube up the rocker pivots and valve guides with moly grease. Is this just if using new parts for break in? Should I use moly or just oil the parts up? Thanks.

Oil is fine for the valve guides. Moly would be a good choice for the rocker *****, when you get to that point.

Ede, do you use anything on the valve guides? I've already installed the valves, seals, springs, etc. The valve stems have a light layer of oil on them from when I oiled them to slide the seals on, but that's it. What keeps them from burning up? Thanks again.
