were does this wire go
im talking about the little black wire that is attached to the positive battery cable. i think it goes to the back of the altinator but im not sure. let me know what you think. thanks alot
If by "little" you mean the one that is about an AWG 8, then yes, it should connect to the alternator output stud, or to the positieve power node connection block on the fender well - if your car has one. Some cars used this for a fusible link connection, but most of the ThirdGens I recall have a separate line for those connections.
