fuel pump wiring

I have read heard that there are fuel pump wires behind the rear seats. Which side are they on and what color are they? My
92 bird is having fuel flow problems and I want to make sure
the wiring is ok before I go ahead and say it is the fuel pump.

Just probe the 3-pin Weatherpak connector near the gas tank for 12VDC while someone switches the key to RUN. You'll have 2sec before the ECM shuts off the pump because the engine isn't running.

Use the ground pin in the Weatherpak connector, so you're getting a true measurement of the circuit's voltage carrying capability.
