Build Sheet
I have an 85' T/A and a 88' Formula and could not find the sheet either. Some people say under the seats or in the center console. The chances of finding one in an old car are not very good. I think you can send away to Pontiac and for $35 you can get the window sticker which should have some codes.

look on the floor pan, under the carpet behind the driver's seat, about halfway to the rear seat.. everything you wanna know bout the car, every option, codes for springs, destination, shipping weight all the odd stuff.
Hey there, if you need a list of your RPO codes, is that what you mean by a build sheet? Well anyway, just go to the dealership with your VIN and they will spit out a complete list and some other details for nothing. My buddy did it just a couple of weeks ago and found out that he has a 91 B4C.
