Stupid balancer!
Stupid balancer!
Last night i pull into my drive way hit the gas pedal a little and the balancer flies off. I got looking and the bolt has been broken off(I think since i have owned my car) The balancer has been cracked on the key way for a while it looks like. But what I want to know is the crank screwed? the key way looks not bad and there are no visible scores on the crank. So how will I know if something is screwed up.
yeah i had similar experience except mine was stuck ON with red locktite, turned out the guy before me put a HEAD BOLT in the crank of course we couldnt get all of the bolt and just put red locktite on it this sucked!!!

shorty heddman hedders with custom 3" pipe y-pipe back(no damn cat!) with 40 series flowmaster!
griffin daul1" core rad.cutom fabrication to fit(but no cutting )
future mods: 406 roller REALLY REALLY REALLY RADICAL!!!!!.with lots of NOS

You'll know if the crank is "screwed" when you mic it or try to install a new balancer hub.
