305 chip in a 350 will it work???

I have a 305 5 speed Hypertech Thermomaster and a friend has asked me to borrow it in his 89 GTA 350 auto will it improve anything or will it just mess everything up??

Yours is a 92? Wont work, his is MAF and yours is MAP. Dont even try it.
