cylider head question

cylider head question

Will my 1988 305 tpi heads fit on a 1986 305 tpi

They'll bolt to the block with no problems. All the accessories will bolt on easily. You'll have a little trouble with the center two bolts on the intake, and may need to use the older intake base or elongate the intake holes and pray that there is head clearance for the fasteners. You'll also have to either machine the heads for the installation of push rod guide plates or use self aligning rockers on the later heads.

Ok so maybe i need to find an intake from 1986 then, i also bought a cam kitt from summit http://store.summitracing.com/partde...=KeywordSearch

I think this will work great with the mods i already have.

Im not sure i understand what you said about the heads and pushrods, where they different in 86 ?
Im sorry but my english is a bit limited.
