will a cluster fit out of a 90 rs in to my 89 rs? [thanks]

 

I think it should fit, as long as you are transfering the whole cluster.

Did they switch to the new dashboards in 90, or 91?

There may also be some other differences, like an electrical or mechanical speedo, that I'm not too sure about.
