I did a header install a couple weeks ago and in order to get them in I had to bend the dipstick over a bit, but now it is very difficault to pull out and I am sure impossible to get back in, cant tell if I bent it or what, this happen to anyone else? and what keeps this thing in incase I have to change it?

Nothing keeps it in, it just slides in and out. There should be one bolt attaching the dipstick tube to the block or the head, though. You may have bent it too much, try to bend it back somehow.

What you probably did is bend the tube in the plane 90° from the one that the bends are in it now. So, now the dipstick not only has to bend in its normal way, but also across its face. It's pretty strong that way, it's about similar to trying to bend 3/16" plate steel.

The only solutions are to bend it back, or replace it.
