Okay... I know the removing cat and air pump is "off-road" use only... but lets be honest... we've probably all have done it.

However, in 2002... maybe 2003 emissions will start here. How could I pass this? I still have the stock cats... is there stronger cats out there... will the stock cats work for passing without the air pump.

Any secrets to passing this test?
