another heads and intake ?

ok i've serched all over this site but can't find anything bout anyone running lt1 heads on atpi 350. a friend of mine did it bout 4 years ago and he can't remember if he had to do anything to them or not. now my question is, how well will the lt1 heads and intake that has the conversion done work on a tpi motor.

You can't run LT1 heads on a TPI motor, just as they are, for a number of reasons; several modifications would have to be made. Not insurmountable, but not a direct bolt-up either.

Yes you can put a "converted" LT1 intake and LT1 heads on a L98 short block, assuming you do the appropriate coolant port mods. But then it wouldn't be a "TPI" motor any more (what a shame) since it would no longer have TPI on it, it would be much more like a LT1 than a L98. Basically, it would be a LT1 with an old-style distributor instead of OptiSpark.
