Need aftermarket heads. Which?

I bent an exhaust valve and want to put some newer heads on the '89 tpi stock internal with NOS and headers and a stage 3 chip. I plan on doing a cam swap next year so what head size would be good for NOS and future cam swap? I don't want to pay a lot so anyone know where to get used or cheaper heads? I bought a vette and did heads and cam swap last week and all was well so I am a little broke right now.

Thanks, Brian

I guess I should first find out what size heads you all recommend. Then I' go looking for some used or maybe new heads later this year.

I've noticed people love the afr heads. I'll try ebay. After some 4 or 5 years online I never browsed through ebay for anything. Guess I'll have to start. Which size heads though? The size of heads is my question.

sorry i forgot to mention the 195's are probably the best one u can get. u didn't say what headers u were using. some headers work well with straight plug heads some with angle plug heads. check with the manufacture of your headers to see what they recommend before u buy heads.

I have Hooker shorty headers. Bought some 10 years ago for cheap so I put em on 3 years ago. Had to fabricate the plug tool.
