Just need to know things like recommended oil to use, plugs, plug gaps, that kind of thing. Anyone know of a site or have the information?

If you're running a computer controlled distributor like most third gen cars, the plug gap should be .035". If you're running an old style HEI distributor with the vacuum advance, it's usually .045". As far as oil, I'd recommend 10w-40 full synthetic, or synthetic blend. I've had great results using Valvoline 10w-40 synthetic blend in my car.
