Quick: How to remove the rear rotor
Quick: How to remove the rear rotor
I my brakes. The front went fine but I can't figure out how to remove the rear rotor. Also, I need a special tool to get those bearings out to grease them, right? Thanks. ~Arnold
if I were you I'd just buy new bearings for the new rotors. the rotors should just slide right off, though I myself have never done the rear ones. I don't think you would need a special tool

The bearings themselves in the front you dont need any special tool to get them out, the front will come out as soon as you take the rotor off, the rear you have to remove the seal (which will ruin it) and then its out too.
The rear rotor *should* just pull off the axle once you have the caliper off. If it doesnt, chances are its rusted on there and will take some penetrant, some praying, and some luck to get it off.
