no air coming out of vents

no air coming out of vents
I replaced my heater core yesterday and now there is no air coming out of my vents. air is only coming out the heater core box and the defroster. any one have this happen to them or heard of this before?

Ok ill i know is that there are 2 little like sail things bye the heater core does the one on the bottom go before the heater core or after? also nothing is moving when i select vent or floor.
please help
