what kind of times are you guys running w/ stock heads?

I have some type of GM crate motor in my car w/ stock centerbolt heads, Performer intake/carb, and comp XE262 cam. I've been to the track twice, and my best pass is 14.99 after a handfull of 15 second runs. i dont hook up well, but i'm sure I could do a little better than that, and i'd just lke to see what you guys are doing on these heads.
thanks

Forget the ET. THat's very dependent on the launch. What kind of MPH are you knocking down? I'd expect around 90-92 MPH with that combo.

reunning on semi-bald street tires, sitting at 210*,w/ a bad launch,A/C on,cooling fans both on,this is what i got at Atco Raceway in May:
R/T-1.210
60'-2.212
330'-6.250
1/8-9.582
MPH-73.77
990-12.373
1/4-14.895
MPH-90.78

the MPH should have been a bit higher, but for some strange reason i decided to shift into 4th gear before i passed the traps,lol..
im usually at about 93mph when i pass...

i also have a few 15.10's on hand with 92MPH passes, thsoe were all pretty much the same run conditions as the 14.89 but bogged hard on the launch instead of spinning

gutted cats & air boxes.

First time to the track and was gonna post anyway to see if this is an ok time, it was my best out of two passes:
RT .6
1/4 15.63 @ 93.2 MPH
is that normal for a 305tpi?

The car is a dog in the low end, it can't spin the tires on a straight start. Any suggestions for some tourqe?
