Scanner Help

Ok guys, I'm looking to buy a scanner. I've read the posts about it and I think I'm gonna go with the auto X-ray. I've searched for it on the net, and I can't seem to find one for an ODB I for under $199. Summit was supposed to have them for like $129. Anybody know of any currently good deals? I'd actually rahter have the Diacom, but the least expensive I've found is $300. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thnxs.

I have been looking for a scanner as well. I saw on their web sight that you can buy the AutoXray (GM OBDI Scanner $200), and then buy a PC LINK KIT for $90 to hook up to your laptop too.

Has anyone had experience with this at all.

Ther is also a good section in with the "burn your own prom" artical.

yeah, but I read in a couple posts that people were finding them for like $130? For $200 you might as well get a diacom, it seems to be a lot better. I'd actually like to buy a diacom, but I can't find one for a descent price. Any body know of any secret locations?

I got my Auto Xray for $149 at www.partsamerica.com pn# 10110. That was the cheapest place I found. This was a while ago and I think they are $159 now. I originally bought one from ebay for $90. Check there but it was the old style without the pc hook up capability so I sold it.
