Ride quality? (or lack thereof)...
Well I'm a poor Indiana boy that just moved to CT just outside NYC and the Iroc's suspension is NOT cutting it. Me and the car are getting rocked to **** by these roads. Should I get new springs or what? I've got all new steering (except the box and pitman) and new struts but kinda old shocks and original springs and bushings. Should I just plan to drive something else or is there a way to smooth out the ride? Does anyone in the area have suggestions? Thanks for any advice.

Install some soft v6 camaro springs and sway bars or trade it for something other than a sports car. Harsh ride is a trade off for good handling.

Between my Sport Coupe, my IROC and my GTA, my Sport Coupe definately makes the most pleasant daily driver. My IROC handles like an indy car, but the ride is reminiscant of a dump truck. The GTA is even worse. The Sport coupe still handles well, is responsive, and rides as smooth and as comfortably as any car I've driven.
I think a suspension swap out of a V8 camaro (non Z28 or IROC) would work nicely. The V6 springs may make it too soft. The non IROC suspension also has smaller sway bars which is going to make a difference too.
