okay i have a quick question.well ever since i swap heads to 081 and bolted on the stock manifold.i been noticing something strange while looking at the temp gauge.it will rise to 220 and drop back to normal temp like in 15 sec.wat can this be?

 

Did you use a new sending unit?

How about the T-stat? I've have "lazy" ones before.

 

same sending unit, about 14 month old 170* t-stat why?

 

I would replace the T-stat cause like 8mike9 said "LAZY" they open somtimes and get stuck sometimes. easy fix.

 

ahh wat the hell i change it as well.
