What parts are needed and what do i need to do to switch from speed density to mass air?

I have a 91 camaro with a 350 TPI

Just curious, why are you switching? The usual conversion is the other way around, MAF to Speed Density.

I believe you need a new ECM with PROM, the MAF sensor itself, MAF power relay, MAF burnoff relay, and a way to wire it all up. Someone else probably knows better what you need to switch.
