ignition problem short or something stuttering HELP!
ok i've been tackling this problem for a straight week now, problem arose on the road when all of the sudden i lost power, i pulled over still running and ever since then if i give alittle bit past idle to 1/4 throttle it just bogs horribly and POPs, if i give over 1/2 throttle to full it doesnt do this tho, i changed the spark plug wires to no avail, i also noticed my guages fuse blew when i checked all the fuses so i replaced today and it popped again in about 1 minute! it this some kind of wierd short? i'm at a loss please if anyone has any idea just lend me some advice i would appreciate it so much

pulled the plugs ill post pic later tonight they all look about the same pinkish inner with oil crud all around the threads they are bosch plats about a year old, now for the update still nothing cleaned all grounds i could find found a burned up fuse again this time by the battery got me excited but wasnt it
i did however find what may be my short problem it was an alarm that the previous ownder put on with a shady electrical job it may have shorted out my fuses and maybe more
i had a buddy look at it and he said to replace the rotor/cap/dizzy coil, is this a good suggestion? i mean thatll run me at least 100 bucks and i dont wanna just keep throwin money at her.. thanks guys
