Hi Guys, new guy here. Seems to be a great site!

I have an '82 Trans Am. It's been sitting for about 3 yrs. It was running fine when it was parked. I want to get it going again. I put in a new battery, changed the fluids, plugs, wires, and primed it with some gas. It fired up!

However, once the gas burned up, it died. The injectors weren't firing. I checked the plug that is under the fuel tank. It's getting 12V. I disconnected the fuel lines at the fuel filter and not a drop of gas came out. The lines are so dry. I haven't been able to get under the car yet, to make sure the wiring is good all the way to the pump.

I supposed the fuel pump just died from sitting there so long? Is it difficult to replace?
