Mr. Vader or anyone that has TPI wisdom>>>>>>

I have an '89 GTA with the L98/B2L engine. I recently had my engine rebuilt and I have managed to lose some sensors and switchs in the process. I need help identifying these 2 devices........

1. This thing screws into a brass adapter at the back of the block behind the distributor. I need to know what it is and a part # if possible. I am not even sure that their is supposed to be anything there.

2. This thing screws into the block just above the oil filter pad. Again, I need to know what it is and a part# if possible.

Thanks for your time and help.

#1 is the oil pressure safety switch which cuts fuel off if there is little or no oil pressure.
#2 is the oil pressure switch for the guage.

Check this site for part numbers: http://www.metzcon.com/fbodymanual

Should the 2 pieces look similar?(about 3-4 inches long, black, silver)

No, they dont look similar. The long black slender one is the one for the gauge that goes down by the oil filter. If there was one by the distributor, its short and fat
